Umuduru development union in diaspora is a branch of Umuduru Development Union, a non profit organization registered with CAC. To promote peace, and progress and to support the welfare of member both home and in Diaspora. To also support Umuduru cultural development as well as respect cultures of the community where we are are domiciled.

Our mission is to bring together all sons, daughters and groupings of Umuduru in Diaspora for the benefit and development of Umuduru and her Citizens.
Brief History of Umuduru
Ndugba is the founding father of Amandugba town and one of the Isu sons that migrated in search of means of livelihood as a farmer, warrior, progressive and positive minded and he found vast land across the stream known as Okatankwu which is now Ndugba land, it comprises of present Amandugba, Ulo-ano Ndugba, Umudugba and Ezisu Ndugba communities. The great kings of Ndugba are, the Great Igwe Gbajiri Egbe, Agbogidi throne of Amandugba, the Great Igwe Ohazurume, Ozo Igbo- Ndu throne of Ulo-Ano-Ndugba, the Great Eze Ahurukwe, Ugwu throne of Umundugba and the Great Ezigbo throne of Ezisu- Ndugba Ancient communities.
Ndugba had brothers, Amaigbo and Amauzari, according to ancient documents in Ishi Obi Ukwu Ndugba Amandugba palace states that Ndugba had eight wives and sixteen sons, According to ancient tradition, women are not mentioned in things of the land and ancient Igbo tradition recognizes first son of each household to represent his brothers.

Our Aims and Objectives
To identify and Unify Umuduru Citizens in Diaspora.
To promote the welfare, progress, cooperation and social interaction amongst members and the community at large.
To promote Healthcare, Education, Culture and Economic Empowerment of Umuduru Citizens at home and in the Diaspora.
To encourage and promote unity among ourselves and to educate our youths in Igbo culture and values.
To collectively plan and implement programs that shall benefit Umuduru community in general.
